POOTHAMKUTTY: One of the vital spiritual extravaganzas in the Angamaly Diocese of the Malankara Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church- 31st Poothamkutty St.Mary's Grand Bible Convention culminated here amidst the earnest supplications of thousands. Thousands attended various programmes held in connection with the Grand Bible Convention and ettunombu perunal this year . The valedictory ceremony was perceptible with the presence of huge gathering and the prelates of the Church. H.B. Dr. Aboon Mor Baselios Thomas I, their Graces Mathews Mor Theodosius, Dr. Elias Mor Athanasios, Kuriakose Mor Ivanios, Issac Mor Osthathios, Elias Mor Yulius, Mathews Mor Anthimos and Mar Ephrem Narikulam blessed the valedictory ceremony with their presence and words. Issac Mor Osthathios gave away the valedictory message. Vicar Rev.Fr. Eldo Chackyattil recalled the candid and sterling co-operation of the faithful, irrespective of the caste and creed this year. In his message, he requested the same in the days to come and expressed the deep sense of gratitude for those who stood with him for the smooth conducting of various spiritual, social and cultural programmes.
