POOTHAMKUTTY: Preparations are afoot to inaugurate Parents' Club at St. Mary's JSO Church, Poothamkutty in connection with the feast of St.George on 6th May, 2012. Parents' Club is intended to maintain tranquil and healthy family relationship in the parish. "To foster the values of the kingdom of God among families and individuals, the formation of Parents' club will be decisive and instrumental now-a-days"-Fr. Alias Ipe Parackal, the Vicar puts it. "Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour born in a family matrix and revealed how serene should be our family relationships..."-he added. Parents would meet in regular intervals to weigh up and fortify their multifaceted involvements in Church activities at large.
