POOTHAMKUTTY: The Feast of the Apostles St.Peter & St. Paul was commemorated at the St.Mary's Jacobite Syrian Church, Poothamkutty on 29th June 2012. Special intercessory prayers with incense were held during the Holy Qurbana led by the Vicar Rev.Fr. Alias Ipe Parackal. St.Peter's & St.Paul's memorial talk was held during the holy Qurbana. "St. Peter was the embodiment of true faith in which Christ, the Lord and Saviour is the soul and flesh. The serene faith is handed over to generations. The Jacobite Syrian Church is the part and parcel of that true apostolic faith. Nobody can question the veracity of the same"-Fr. Alias Ipe Parackal emphasized in his perunal message.
