THURUTHISSERY/POOTHAMKUTTY: Rev.Fr. Alias Ipe Parackal has secured Distinction in the B.Ed Special Education (Mentally Retarded) Examinations conducted by the Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. The course has been duly recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India, which comes under the jurisdiction of Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India. He has already mastered in English and Malayalam Languages as well and secured Bachelor of Divinity Degree from Serampore University, Kolkatta. At present he is specializing in the areas of Learning Disability & Autism.

Fr. Alias Ipe currently serves as the Vicar of St.Mary's Jacobite Syrian Christian Church, Poothamkutty, Angamaly diocese.
